For me progress is everything. If you are not improving yourself every day, not learning anything new every day, not moving forward then I believe this life is not worth. It’s not about the money always which makes us successful, success is improving every day, progressing every day. Your vision should be long term based. You have to have strong enough reason to move forward because without a strong reason your mind will never synchronize with your actions and ultimately you gonna give up.

Monday Motivation is not about reading, listening to the motivation on Monday thinking about a drastic change, you will never gonna have that. Monday Motivation means a start of mental conditioning, you have to listen to motivations, read through articles every day to hammer positive thoughts to your mind. You need to start replacing your negative thoughts with the positive ones, it’s not gonna happen in one night but you need to start. It may take months, years to change your thought pattern but if you start it now then you will save a lot of time.
