1) Review Goals & To-Do Lists

Start your day and review your goals and to do lists. Because if you don’t, then there might be time killers on the way. Progress through your to-do list and make sure there are no other distractions.

2) Read

Leaders read. They know one thing for sure that you have to upgrade your knowledge every day. Warren Buffet, the world’s richest man, spends 80 percent of his day reading while Elon Musk and Bill Gates are also in the same category. It is one of the top traits of the world’s most successful.

3) Exercise

Exercise is the most common add on in the morning routines of successful people. They know that health is the real wealth. They schedule their time including time for exercise.

4) Cold & Hot Therapy

Very debated therapy. Tony Robbins has quoted many times using cold therapy to wake up. Many of the successful people have this in common. For them, cold and hot therapy wake up the brain and make it more alerted.

5) Meditation

Peace of mind is vital when you are on the run. Practicing mindfulness, meditation, breathing exercises and even morning journaling are the best practices followed by successful people. Meditation can help to calm down your brain and emotions which is essential when you are dealing with lots of stress and competition.

6) Yoga

Yoga is a deal breaker for many prominent, successful personalities. Sergey Brin, Russell Simmons, Justin Rosenstein are only a few names. Yoga helps in relaxing your body and mind.

7) Sports

Sports also play a vital role in successful people’s schedule. They dive into their favorite sport and let the blood and fresh air flow through the body. Playing sports is known to have natural benefits to the body. It helps in circulating blood flow and fresh air in the body.

8) Make the Bed

“If you wanna change the world, start off by making your bed every morning” A motivational speech by Admiral William McRaven. Just like the military, Successful people are known to be organized and making the bed every morning is one of the things that they start with. Making your bed will give you a small sense of pride and will eventually encourage you to do another task and will go on. Making your bed will help you in realizing that little thing in life matter too.



In order to be successful, we must follow the right routine. You have to invest your time very wisely. Figure out what works and what doesn’t work. Eliminate what doesn’t work and focus on what is working for you. Don’t just wait for someone to fetch you out of the struggle. Create your own story and make a huge positive impact on the lives of people. You have one life make the most of it. It’s better to take risks and try new things instead of walking in safe mode so that you can make safely to death. Think about this for a moment, are you living the life in a way so that you can make safely to death? Are you doing what your mind says you should? A lot of people live the whole life in safe mode and when they leave the planet nobody remembers them. But I guess we all must leave something special behind us. It can be as little as a single change in someone’s life or as big as an idea which can change the world.
